Within this period, demonstrable material, design or production errors will be repaired free of charge after assessment. Depending on the situation, you can opt for repair, replacement of defective parts or replacement of the product.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Different conditions may apply to batteries, batteries and accessories. Consult the product information or contact your dealer.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>What is not covered by the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Damage due to incorrect or careless use, falls, impacts, moisture outside the specified IP classification or other external causes.<\/li>\n<li>Damage due to changes to the product or repairs by unauthorized parties.<\/li>\n<li>Normal wear and tear and signs of use.<\/li>\n<li>Breaking or bending metal telescopic antennas.<\/li>\n<li>Consumables such as batteries and parts that wear out through normal use.<\/li>\n<li>Damage due to the use of unsuitable power supplies, batteries, adapters or accessories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"pp-service-warning\"><strong>Important:<\/strong>Do not open the product case yourself or make any changes. This can be unsafe and affect the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>No proof of purchase or dealer no longer available?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Please contact PerfectPro Support. Please include the exact product type, serial number, estimated date of purchase, a clear description of the problem and, if possible, include photos or a short video. We will then look at how we can best help you.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Service outside the warranty period<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We are happy to assist you even after the warranty period has expired. Depending on the product, age and availability of parts, repairs may be possible.
