PerfectPro B.V. respects your privacy. In this statement we explain which personal data we process through our webshop and customer service, why we do this, how long we store data and what rights you have.

2. What data do we process?

Depending on your use of the webshop, we process name and address details, contact details, account details, order and invoice details, payment status, communication with our customer service, warranty and return details, IP address, device and browser details, cookie preferences and information about the use of the website. We do not receive complete payment card details; payments are processed by our payment provider.

3. Purposes and GDPR Principles

  • Orders, payment and delivery:to execute the purchase agreement, process payments, deliver products and inform you about the order.
  • Account:to manage your account and make orders and data accessible; this is necessary for the execution of the agreement.
  • Service, warranty, returns and contact:to handle questions and requests, to fulfill our agreement and to promote legitimate interests in good customer service and file creation.
  • Administration:to comply with tax and other legal retention obligations.
  • Newsletter and personalized marketing:on the basis of consent, except where the law allows marketing to existing customers. Every email contains an unsubscribe option.
  • Website security, fraud prevention and technical operation:based on our legitimate interest in a safe and well-functioning webshop.

4. Recipients and service providers

We only share data that is necessary for the relevant service. Recipients may include: our fulfillment and logistics partner MontaPacking and carriers, payment provider Mollie, hosting and IT service providers, WooCommerce service providers, email and newsletter suppliers, customer service and chat suppliers, analysis and advertising partners and professional advisors. When parties process on our behalf, we make appropriate processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies, analytics and marketing technology

The webshop uses necessary cookies for, among other things, shopping cart, security and cookie preferences. With your consent, analytical and marketing technologies may be used, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta technology. The current categories, providers, purposes and retention periods can be found in the cookie policy and cookie settings. You can withdraw consent there at any time.

6. Transfer outside the European Economic Area

Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. We will then ensure a valid basis for transfer, for example an adequacy decision by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission, and take additional measures where necessary.

7. Retention periods

  • In principle, we keep order, invoice and payment information that is part of our administration for 7 years. A period of 10 years may apply to data that fall under a special tax scheme.
  • We retain account information for as long as the account is active and then only as long as necessary for legal obligations, disputes or fraud prevention.
  • We keep contact, service, warranty and returns files for as long as necessary for processing and any legal claims.
  • We retain newsletter data until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent; necessary evidence of consent or deregistration may be retained for a longer period of time.
  • Cookie and analysis data are stored according to the terms in the cookie policy and the settings of the relevant service.

We do not store personal data for longer than necessary, unless a legal retention obligation or a legitimate need requires a longer period.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as secure connections, access restrictions, updates, backups and agreements with service providers. No system is completely free of risks; In the event of a relevant data breach, we act in accordance with the legal reporting obligations.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the situation, you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of data and objection. You can always withdraw consent; this does not make previous processing unlawful. A request can be sent toinfo@perfectpro.eu. To prevent abuse, we may ask for additional information to determine your identity. In principle, we respond within one month.

10. Submit a complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. You also have the right to file a complaint with theDutch Data Protection Authorityor, if you live in another EU Member State, with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

11. Minors

Our webshop is not specifically aimed at children. When consent is required for processing and the data subject is a minor, we apply the legal rules for parental consent.
