Active Listening:
stay aware of your surroundings
The H-10 features Active Listening. This electronic ambient listening function helps you hear speech and sounds around you while wearing the earplugs. Stay in touch with your surroundings without removing the earplugs for every conversation.
Active Listening and Bluetooth
Bluetooth carries music and calls from your phone. Active Listening is for sounds in your immediate surroundings. Choose the listening mode that suits your situation.
Three listening modes
Ambient — stay in touch with your surroundings
The microphones make surrounding sounds audible while you wear the earplugs. Useful when you want to hear what is happening around you or briefly speak with a colleague.
Clear Voice — understand conversations more clearly
This mode is designed for clearer speech. Use it when you want to understand a colleague or listen to an explanation or instruction without removing your earplugs each time.
Quiet — hear less ambient sound
In this mode, ambient sound is not actively passed through. Useful when you want to hear less of your surroundings and concentrate. Passive attenuation comes from the earplugs and their fit.
How to switch: Press the button on either earplug once to cycle through Ambient, Clear Voice and Quiet.
