Good to know
Do I need an adapter?
Bosch Professional 18V / AMPShare connects directly up to 8.0 Ah. For compatible Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Metabo/CAS, HiKOKI and Festool batteries, use the matching PerfectPro adapter, sold separately. These adapters support batteries up to 5.0 Ah.
Does every 18V battery fit?
No. The battery platform, shape and capacity must match the radio and adapter. Bosch POWER FOR ALL, for example, is a different platform from Bosch Professional / AMPShare. Check your brand page for the right combination.
Does the radio charge my tool battery?
No. Use your battery brand’s original charger. The adapter, battery and charger are sold separately and are not supplied with the radio.
