Need a replacement part? Give your PerfectPro product a second life. Your dealer or original point of purchase can check which part fits your product, how much it costs and whether it is available.
Spare parts requests are handled through a PerfectPro dealer or the original point of purchase. With your product article code, a clear description and a photograph of the part, your dealer can submit the request to PerfectPro.
Four steps to the right spare part
Contact your dealer or point of purchase
Contact the shop where you purchased your PerfectPro product or a PerfectPro dealer. Explain that you are looking for a replacement part. Your dealer will guide the request and keep you informed.
Article code, description and photograph
Provide the article code of the product concerned and describe exactly which part you need. Always include a clear photograph of the part. This photograph is mandatory to identify the correct spare part.
Request price and availability
Your dealer contacts PerfectPro. Your product details and photograph are used to identify the required part. The dealer then requests a quotation and checks availability.
Your dealer explains the options
Your dealer informs you about the options, price and availability. Together, you discuss the next steps and whether you wish to order the part.
Have these details ready
- The article code and model name of your PerfectPro product.
- A specific description of the part you are looking for.
- A clear photograph of the relevant part — mandatory.
Photograph the part so that its shape and any damage are clearly visible. An additional photograph of the whole product can help identify the location of the part.
Is your product still within its warranty period?
If you need a part because of a defect and your product is still within its warranty period, first follow the procedure for Service & warranty. Your dealer can arrange for the request to be assessed under that procedure. Have your proof of purchase ready as well.
