PerfectPro warranty policy

Every PerfectPro construction site radio is carefully tested and checked during and after production.

PerfectPro provides a production guarantee on all construction site radios with a guarantee period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Within this period, in the event of a material, design or production defect, PerfectPro will cover the costs of repair, product exchange and/or free replacement of the defective parts.

The construction site radio product warranty does not cover:

– Damage resulting from misuse, misuse, negligence, negligent behavior, modifications, accidents or unauthorized repairs.
– Normal wear and tear.
– Breaking or bending metal telescopic antennas.
– Batteries. See “About Batteries”.

If the warranty is claimed, the construction site radio must be presented to PerfectPro with the original invoice or other valid proof of purchase (with product type and date of purchase) for assessment. The purchase date is decisive for the 2-year guarantee period. The warranty process is handled through your PerfectPro dealer.

WARNING! The warranty always expires as soon as the radio housing is opened or if changes are made to the radio!
